High Plains Little League's Refund Policy

HPLL's refund policy is as follows:
 100% refund if requested before the Draft
 50% refund if requested within first 2 weeks of regular season practice
 NO refunds will be given if requested AFTER the first 2 weeks of regular season practice or games have begun
